Mike Stowers and Dan Balogh have been providing specialty food to Northeast Florida for over 15 years. Local chefs and commercial kitchens are able to browse their online selection of “this week’s Hot List” and select from the finest meat and produce available in the region and in the US. They search the area and the country for the finest available sources and it reads like who’s who on the food scene. Most importantly, chefs and institutional kitchens in our community can choose from a large listing of local seasonal fare and foraged items in the “On the Local Scene” directory. The sourcing for this list includes local farms, FCTC agricultural program, dairies, cheese makers, apiaries, orchards and artisans. Sources are always growing and changing with the season.

Blue Buddha provides an important link and is a leader in the food distribution system of our area. By offering locally grown and produced foods to busy chefs and institutions they are supporting our local farms and producers by providing foods for menus around town with the convenience of a well-managed delivery system.
