Located in the heart of old town St Augustine, Catch 27 is serious about bringing locally caught seafood to the table along with fresh seasonal ingredients that are predominantly sourced in our region. Longtime St Augustine chef, Josh Smith, has the complete support of owners Stephen and Lindsey Hutson as he shops the farmers market and scours the countryside to learn more about and procure the optimal items needed to make his seasonal menu shine, to call Josh a food enthusiast would be putting it mildly.

Deviled Egg BLT/Southern Fried Oysters, Minorcan Clam Chowder and the ubiquitous Shrimp & Grits are but a few of the regional specialties of the chef. Consider delicious seasonal craft cocktails created by acclaimed local bar guru, Greg Goldstein along with a broad selection of wine and local beers and you will have the perfect pairing to enjoy at a cozy indoor table or in the fresh air of the fabulous outdoor patio. Serving lunch and dinner seven days a week.
