On the east end of Hypolita Street, near the bay front, you will find a shop selling hand- made frozen treats called palettas (gourmet ice pops).  They are created with care and great combinations of local, regional and/or seasonal fresh fruits and herbs, as well as the famous St. Augustine datil pepper. There is something healthy and refreshing to be found at The Hyppo.
