You may notice the wonderful aroma of fresh coffee roasting when you walk down West King Street in St. Augustine. 3rd Wave Coffee Roasters, a certified Rainforest Alliance business, custom roasts small batch organic coffees specifically to your tastes, for individuals and local businesses. Owner, Lynda Fisher, began roasting coffee for personal enjoyment more than 12 years ago, which led to roasting at local farmers markets, small cafes and coffee shops. Since moving to the St. Augustine area, a roasting facility has opened where the coffee is roast-to- order, producing artisanal roasts of specialty grade Arabica beans; Organic, Fair Trade and Rainforest Alliance certified coffees.

Stop in and watch your single origin coffee roast from raw green beans, to your favorite roast level, whether you prefer a light or dark roast. The coffee is roasted to your specific tastes- Full City, Viennese, or French Roast…all in various degrees.
