Punita Patel, founder of Backyard Buffalo, raises buffalo as her way of sharing her Indian culture locally in Jacksonville. Products include ghee and labneh (similar to cream cheese), honey, granola, chutney, pickled jalapenos, carrots and other Indian foods such as shrikhand (a sweet yogurt dessert) in a variety of seasonal flavors such as mango, lemon curd, strawberry, passion fruit, blueberry and cherry.
