Located inside Nassau Health Foods and owned by Buster Beaton, the Mustard Seed Café offers its visitors artfully prepared and tasty selections for both vegetarians and omnivores created by Chef Paul Maley. The creative dishes are made with a variety of fresh, organic produce sourced from their purveyor on the West Coast of Florida as well as some sustainably grown, local produce and herbs. Although new to Mustard Seed, Chef Paul is not new to the restaurant business, having exhibited his culinary talents at a variety of popular restaurants including Café Karib and Gourmet Gourmet.
Visitors to the restaurant are offered tastes of the specialty soups of the day– making their favorite choice a difficult one. The salad selections are presented with consideration for the eye as well as the palette and the entrees are created with exceptional care. Chef Paul will accommodate special dietary needs and takes care in seeing that his patrons are completely satisfied.
There are selections from the take away display if you need a fresh lunch on the go, catering services for your special event, or even a complete healthy lunch or dinner. You will be happy to know that earth friendly containers are used here.
