Sara Bogdanovitch and Meredith Corey-Disch have filled a niche in the Murray Hill and surrounding neighborhoods by creating their popular sourdough breads. Their following is growing weekly from what began as a bicycle delivery service to their new store front on Edgewood Avenue.
Sara and Meredith, both experienced bakers, craft their breads using only the available yeasts in their environment (no commercial stuff here) combined with organic and stone ground flours. They add only local or organic ingredients like local cheeses, vegetables, fruits, herbs, and nuts. Their current source of organic produce is Snail of Approval awarded farm Down to Earth.
